The application of technology in museum activities is really necessary, bringing many benefits to both museums and visitors. Recognizing that, Da Nang Fine Arts Museum has cooperated with the Da Nang University of Technical Education to install an electronic information kiosk to help visitorseasily find and search information about the addresses of museums, traditional markets, amusement parks and so on in Da Nang city. There was also a 3D video of the Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts made to introduce to visitors an overview of the museum's display areas. In addition, a smart automatic ticketing system for public museums in the city of Da Nang, including the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, has been installed and will soon go into operation. This will bring convenience, quickness, create a sense of comfort for visitors because there isno need to go to each place to buy entrance tickets. In addition, a smart automatic ticketing system for the three state museums in Da Nang, including the Danang Fine Arts Museum.
